Isabelle & Luna
I’ve been taking my Standard Poodle, Luna, to Madison’s Pet Grooming for the last few years and I couldn’t be happier. Luna is a big chicken, likes very few people but Lori’s patient and gentle way quickly won her over. Luna always comes out in a great mood, looking fantastic and smelling great. I give Lori 10/10 stars. ⭐️

I cannot recommend Lori highly enough! I’ve been bringing my dog to her for over four years, and her work is truly flawless every single time. What sets her apart is her immense compassion, empathy, and personal touch. She cares so deeply for the animals in her care, and her genuine love for what she does shows in every detail. She is always incredibly accommodating with scheduling and goes above and beyond to make sure my pup is comfortable and well cared for. Finding someone you trust completely with your pets is rare, and I am so grateful to have found her!

Lori is an amazing person with a genuine love for every dog and cat in her care. She goes far beyond grooming, treating each animal with patience, kindness, compassion, and love.
We’ve even shared tears over pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge, which reflects just how deeply she cares for both the animals and their families.
Her grooming skills are excellent, but it’s her heart and dedication that truly set her apart. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for the care she provides.
I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who will treat their pets as her own. She is truly one of a kind. ❤️🐾

The best groomer we’ve ever had! Lori handles our more challenging dog with such ease and patience, and her prices are always very fair. She has also groomed our long-haired cat who gets quite knotted, and she is incredibly gentle and caring with her. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
