1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment through our online scheduling page, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
- Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
3. Parasites (Fleas & Lice)
- For the health and safety of all pets in our care, please do not bring your pet in if you know or suspect they have fleas, lice, or other contagious parasites. If fleas or lice are found during an appointment, the groom will be stopped and your pet will need to go home immediately to prevent exposure to other pets in the shop. A $50 sanitation feewill be charged to cover the necessary cleaning and disinfecting of the grooming area.
4. Pet Health, Safety, and Matting
- You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, aggression history, or biting tendencies prior to the appointment.
- We have the right to refuse or stop grooming any pet if it poses a severe risk to its own safety or our staff’s safety.
- Severely matted coats require extra time and care. We do not de-matt coats and we will prioritize your dog’s comfort over a specific cosmetic cut if safety requires a shave-down.
5. Veterinary Care
In the event of an unforeseen medical emergency, you authorize us to seek immediate veterinary care at the White Valley Vet Clinic. You agree to assume full financial responsibility for all veterinary expenses incurred.
