1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment through our online scheduling page, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
- Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
3. Vaccination Requirements
- For the safety of all pets and staff, up-to-date Rabies vaccinations are strictly required for all dogs before receiving grooming services.
- Proof of vaccination must be provided upon or before your first appointment.
4. Parasites (Fleas & Ticks)
- If fleas or ticks are discovered on your dog during the grooming process, an automatic flea bath and specialized treatment will be administered to protect your pet and maintain a clean salon environment.
- This mandatory treatment will result in an additional charge added to your final service bill.
5. Pet Health, Safety, and Matting
- You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, aggression history, or biting tendencies prior to the appointment.
- We have the right to refuse or stop grooming any pet if it poses a severe risk to its own safety or our staff’s safety.
- Severely matted coats require extra time and care. De-matting incurs an extra charge, and we will prioritize your dog’s comfort over a specific cosmetic cut if safety requires a shave-down.
6. Veterinary Care
In the event of an unforeseen medical emergency, you authorize us to seek immediate veterinary care for your pet at the nearest local clinic. You agree to assume full financial responsibility for all veterinary expenses incurred.
