I’ve been taking my Standard Poodle, Luna, to Madison’s Pet Grooming for the last few years and I couldn’t be happier. Luna is a big chicken, likes very few people but Lori’s patient and gentle way quickly won her over. Luna always comes out in a great mood, looking fantastic and smelling great. I give Lori 10/10 stars. ⭐️

What sets her apart is her immense compassion, empathy, and personal touch. She cares so deeply for the animals in her care, and her genuine love for what she does shows in every detail. She is always incredibly accommodating with scheduling and goes above and beyond to make sure my pup is comfortable and well cared for. Finding someone you trust completely with your pets is rare, and I am so grateful to have found her!

The best groomer we’ve ever had! Lori handles our more challenging dog with such ease and patience, and her prices are always very fair. She has also groomed our long-haired cat who gets quite knotted, and she is incredibly gentle and caring with her. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I honestly didn’t realize how much I needed a good dog groomer until I had a long-haired dog and now taking my two big dogs to Lori is genuinely one of my favourite things. I wash them at home but I can never replicate how they feel and look after leaving Madison’s Pet Grooming. They’re never as soft and shiny, and definitely not as happy when I do it.
My dogs absolutely LOVE going to see her. They are literally pulling me toward the door trying to get inside, which tells me everything I need to know about how they’re treated when they’re there. Lori is so wonderful with dogs, works incredibly hard, and you can tell how much she genuinely loves and cares for the animals she looks after. Knowing that my dogs are happy, comfortable and excited to be there means so much to me.
And they come home looking and feeling AMAZING. They are ridiculously soft, smell so good, and always come out wearing the cutest little bandannas. I inevitably end up taking about a thousand pictures of them afterward because they look so adorable. 😂 The bonus is that I also notice a huge difference in the amount of fur around my house!
I drive from Vernon to bring my dogs to Lori, and she is 100% worth the trip. Finding someone you completely trust with your dogs and someone your dogs clearly adore is invaluable.
I can’t recommend Madison’s Pet Grooming enough. If you think your pets don’t need it, I promise you they do! Your dogs will thank you! ❤️🐾

Rusty and I ( his owner) have been visiting Lori now for years ( since he was a wee puppy) every month. He is a very active dog and has lots of messy adventures in parks and ponds and picnics. Lori always tidy's him up fabulously after! He loves Lori! We do too. He looks great and stays well-groomed looking almost the whole month which is a miracle considering all the places we take him and the mischief he gets into! I can't over recommend Lori... (she's part of our extended family now.) She's the best!
